PLEASE READ
Reservations can be made up to a year in advance. No minimum stay is required Sunday-Thursday. During high demand times (i.e. weekends, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving etc.) there is a minimum two (2) night stay required. Please call to reserve your dates.
Rates vary based on the preferred room and availability. Extended stay discounts are available for 14 plus days and will be calculated when you complete your reservation.
Deposit/Payment Requested reservations will be held for 10 days A deposit of approximately one nights’ stay will be required to hold your room(s). At this time, credit cards are not accepted. Payment can be made with check or cash.
Cancellations Deposit guarantee is 100% refundable if the reservation commitment is cancelled at least two weeks prior to your planned stay. Any request made to cancel less than two weeks prior to arrival will be subject to a rebooking policy which states that the deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation can be rebooked for all or part of the committed booking. In the event that only a portion of the commitment can be rebooked, only that portion will be refunded. Example: if reservations are confirmed for three nights and we can only rebook two of the three nights committed to, two nights will be refunded and the third forfeited. If all three are rebooked, all will be refunded.
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If these times do not fit your schedule, please call ahead and the innkeeper will gladly try to accommodate your needs. Also please call if your anticipated time of arrival is changed or delayed.
Check-out is 11:00 AM Monday through Saturday.
Occupancy All rooms have an occupancy limit of two.
Accessibility Rooms are not handicapped accessible.
Children You must be 21 to reserve a room and stay with us. Children, ages 10 and older, are welcome in any of the guest rooms, but are to be counted in the maximum occupancy of the room. See room descriptions.
Pets The Inn does not offer accommodations for pets.
Smoking For the comfort of our guests, no smoking is permitted.
Add’l Breakfast There is an additional charge of $12 per additional guest. Reservations for additional guests must be made in advance.
